While the concept of remote work has gained immense popularity and offers flexibility, it is crucial to be aware of certain realities.
In recent times, there has been an increase in job postings that claim to be remote positions but are, in fact, hybrid roles requiring a combination of remote and on-site work. This means that while the job may provide some flexibility to work remotely, there might still be a requirement to be physically present at specific locations or adhere to certain time zones.
As we continue to provide you with job opportunities in the podcasting and audio industry, we want to emphasize the importance of conducting your own due diligence before applying to any job. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, some job listings may have expired or been filled, or the company may have no intention of hiring at all. Additionally, some job listings may be designed to exploit applicants.
We also want to remind you to exercise caution with jobs that do not list a salary or pay range. It is important to know what you will be paid for your work before accepting a job offer. If a company is not transparent about compensation, it may be a red flag.
We encourage you to thoroughly research each job opportunity before submitting an application or accepting an offer. This includes researching the company, reading reviews from current and former employees, and asking questions during the interview process.

Key elements of the partnership include the launch of new podcasts for the LinkedIn Podcast Network powered by iHeartPodcasts, providing professionals with fresh ideas and valuable information to advance in their fields. iHeartMedia will handle monetization, connecting brands with important conversations in the professional sphere.
Additionally, the collaboration will see LinkedIn and iHeartMedia partnering to license leading business and B2B podcasts, offering tailored promotional strategies to enhance growth and monetization for these creators.

"YouTube Music Expands Podcast Support Globally, Bringing Audio Content to International Users"
YouTube Music has started to expand its support for podcasts to international users after its initial launch in the US in late April. Users now have access to a dedicated "Podcasts" feed in the Home tab, offering various categories and suggestions in Explore. The Library tab includes podcasts alongside other music content, with options for "New Episodes" and "Episodes for Later." Subscribed podcasts are listed in the Library, and the Now Playing screen provides playback controls, rewind/forward options, and a sleep timer. Show pages display episode details and allow users to save episodes for later and download them. Offline playback and background play are available without a YouTube Premium subscription. However, it's worth noting that YouTube Music only supports podcasts
or channels that have uploaded video versions of episodes, limiting the available selection. The expansion is being observed in countries like Brazil and Canada with local language support.
